In my work with teens, adults, families and groups, I utilize an experienced and
caring approach to help clients to overcome challenges and achieve their
personal goals. I am sensitive to the individual needs of each client and
tailor my work accordingly.
I specialize in:
1. Helping adults in their 20's, 30's, and 40's: with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life direction, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. I teach mindfulness meditation and use a variety of psychotherapy modalities as a holistic approach to help individuals become more relaxed, happier, clear, and more effective in responding to intense emotions.
2. Adolescents and Family Therapy: I utilize a family systems approach, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training to help children, adolescents and families. Common issues that I help adolescents, and families to overcome include social issues, parenting, anxiety, defiance, anger, and unhealthy coping habits (e.g. excessive electronic/video game use, drugs/alcohol, and pornography).
3. Mindfulness Training: I provide individual, family, and group mindfulness training
that has helped clients improve their relationships, and feel more focused and relaxed.
