In my work with teens, adults, families and groups, I utilize an experienced and caring approach to help clients to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals. I am sensitive to the individual needs of each client and tailor my work accordingly.


I specialize in:


                                          1.  Adults and College Students: with stress, general anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life direction, relationship issues, and trauma.  I use cognitive behavioral therapy, teach mindfulness meditation and use a variety of other psychotherapy modalities as a holistic approach to help individuals become more relaxed, happier, clear, and more effective in responding to intense emotions. 

2.  Older adolescents: I utilize a family systems approach, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training to help  adolescents overcome social issues, anxiety, anger, and unhealthy coping habits 

3. Coaching:  In my work as a coach I help clients clarify their goals, create action steps, measurements of progress and systems of accountability to ensure success. I focus on life goals, relationships, and meditation and mindfulness with coaching clients.

*Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all sessions are via tele-therapy at the moment.

Upcoming Events:

Meditation Intensive: Sunday September 27, 2020 from 930-1045am via Zoom. The intensive which includes 3, 20-minute sitting periods, is an opportunity for practitioners to experience extended meditation periods and increase the benefits received from their chosen technique (I'm happy to make suggestions, but ultimately leave this up to the participant).  This is offered to current clients who have had an introduction to meditation and mindfulness and have a least a month of regular, sustained practice.

These Meditation intensives occur once a month.  Here are the dates for the rest of 2020. All on Sundays and all scheduled from 930-1045:

Sunday November 22, 2020
Sunday December 20, 2020
